Game On X Pickup.app Basketball Volunteering

In late October, Game On collaborated with Pickup, a platform hosting pickup basketball games, to host a 2 hour basketball clinic for children in the Sham Shui Po area. The session was a great success, coaches demonstrated the fundamentals of basketball such as dribbling and shooting. The most exciting part was the mini games and collaborative drills. The small games on dribbling brought the competitive spirit out of the students and gave them a chance to display their skills. Although we encountered challenges our volunteers still came up on top. Students were able to master most of the skills in basketball in an hour others highlighted that the interactive games were the most interesting. We are more than thrilled to collaborate again and host another event.
