Mr Poon Siu Chi Frederick, a dedicated educator with over 30 years of experience in education and related fields, is the current Principal of St. Paul’s Co-educational College (SPCC). Mr Poon is also the Chairman of the Conference of Sheng Kung Hui Secondary School Heads and the Hong Kong Principals’ Institute, the Deputy Chairman of the Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority, the Vice-chairman of the Hong Kong Direct Subsidy Scheme Schools Council. He also serves in the Junior Police Call Central Advisory Board and the Committee on the Promotion of Civic Education.
He has a close working relationship with the Education Bureau, engaging in various committees. He holds a master degree in Education (Educational Administration & Management) from the University of Hong Kong and a master degree in Arts (TESL) from the City University of Hong Kong.

Mr. Lam Wai Hon, Wilson, serves as Co-General Secretary and Agency Head of Breakthrough, where he supports the organization through strategic planning, external engagement, day-to-day management, and team development.
Before dedicating himself to the mission-driven sector, Wilson spent nearly two decades in human resources leadership roles with multinational corporations, serving as Asia-Pacific HR Director at Nike and Senior HR Director at Alibaba. In these positions, he gained valuable experience in organizational development, talent strategy, and leadership cultivation across the Asia-Pacific region and mainland
China. He remains deeply grateful for the opportunities he had to learn from talented teams and complex business environments during those years. Grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the community, Wilson walks alongside the younger generation by serving as a board member of two local schools and as a member of the Advisory Committee for the Department of Cultural Studies at Lingnan University. He is genuinely passionate about supporting the holistic growth of young people and contributing in whatever small way he can to their development. A graduate of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Wilson finds joy and grounding in hiking and running marathons. These pursuits have helped him cultivate discipline, resilience, and a deeper appreciation for life’s journey — qualities he continually strives to embody in both his personal and professional life.
Kevin Shee
Founder of SC Storage, Entrepreneur
Mr. She Kevin King Hang (時景恒) (“Mr. Shee”) is Co-founder of SC Storage 時昌迷你倉. Mr. Shee is one of the pioneers of the self-storage industry in Hong Kong and Macau. He has more than 20 years of management and operational experience in the self-storage industry and has in-depth knowledge, risk management skill in various operational aspects.
Moreover, Mr. Shee has shrewd market acumen and rich experience in marketing and acquisition the industrial properties. In order to secure the company’s market position and foster the network expansion, the effectiveness of advertising and marketing activities launched and created by Mr. Shee, which maintain the company’s brand recognition and gaining customer confidence and trust in the market successfully.
Mr. Shee was awarded the Young Entrepreneur from the Hong Kong Business Awards hosted by DHL Express and South China Morning Post. He also actively participates in various chambers of commerce. Mr. Shee is willing to share his experience, expertise and risk management skill in startup business and operation run thru talk events or direct consultation.
Mr. Shee loves traveling and photography. He has visited different places and took photos/videos to record his travel experience. He has traveled all over the world and is a true "Travel expert". He wrote and published two books about mini-storage《迷你倉,大商機!》and travel experience《Dare to Travel 後疫時代 浪遊歐洲》.
Alex Fong
Former Olympian, Celebrity,
Ambassador of IHKSports
Alex Fong Lik-sun is a Hong Kong former Olympic swimmer who represented HK at the 2000 Sydney Olympics, celebrity, and IHKSports ambassador. Following his athletic career, he transitioned to entertainment, starring in numerous films and releasing hit albums. Furthermore, in 2025, he won three gold medals at the World Aquatics Masters Championships in Singapore. Deeply committed to philanthropy, Fong was named one of Hong Kong's Ten Outstanding Young Persons in 2014. In 2018, Alex co-founded Hong Kong Swimming Academy to spread the joy of swimming with the goal to deliver a positive message: Swim with Integrity and Meaning. In 2019, he completed a record-breaking 45-kilometre charity swim around Hong Kong Island, raising HKD 10.5 million for clean water.
Cecilia Yeung
HK women’s high jump record holder, Founder of Aim Higher Club
Cecilia Yeung (楊文蔚) is a Hong Kong women’s high jump record holder who has since built and run her own venture — Aim Higher Club, an apparel brand built around self-growth — from the ground up. That gives her hands-on, current experience in the operational realities a growing organisation faces: setting up systems, recruiting and coordinating people, and communicating a mission with limited resources. She also works in high jump education and completed a master’s in sports medicine (CUHK), where her award-winning paper examined how coaching builds resilience in young people, not just skill. She advises on turning coaching ambition into things that actually run.
Zhang Ling
#1 HK Tennis Player for 12 years,
2023-25 Hong Kong Tennis Team Captain, 2024 Ten Outstanding Young Person
Zhang Ling (張玲) is one of Hong Kong’s most decorated tennis players, having represented Hong Kong internationally for 15 years and held the title of Hong Kong No. 1 women’s singles player for 12 consecutive years (2007–2019). Over the course of her professional playing career, she achieved career-high WTA rankings of World No. 187 in singles and No. 218 in doubles, as well as an ITF World Junior ranking of No. 16. Demonstrating enduring leadership on and off the court, Zhang served as the Hong Kong National Team Captain from 2023 to 2025, leading Hong Kong’s elite squads at major international events including the Asian Games, World University Games, All China Games and Billie Jean King Cup. Currently Zhang is also the Assistant tournament director of Hong Kong major tennis events.
Following her retirement from competitive tennis, Zhang has dedicated herself to youth development, grassroots sports promotion, and community empowerment. In recognition of her sports excellence and contributions to society, she was selected as one of Hong Kong’s Ten Outstanding Young Persons in 2024. She currently serves on the Community Sports Committee under the Sports Commission, Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau (CSTB), chairman of the Hong Kong Paralympians Fund Grants Sub-committee, Youth Development Commission (YDC), supported by the Home and Youth Affairs Bureau (HYAB), Executive Committee of the Hong Kong Elite Athletes Association,. An active advocate for community well-being, she collaborates extensively with organizations such as InspiringHK Sports Foundation, Mind HK, and the Jockey Club Tennis Rock program to make sports accessible and inspire the next generation of youth through the values of resilience and sportsmanship.

Christopher Yu is the Talent Acquisition & Social Impact Leader at Decathlon Hong Kong, with experience in recruitment, community partnerships and sport-for-social-impact initiatives, including supporting the Decathlon Foundation in Hong Kong.
A passionate sports enthusiast, Chris believes sport can build confidence, create opportunities and bring people together. He has supported youth and community initiatives in Hong Kong and has been connected with Game On since 2023.
As an advisor, he hopes to support the team through his experience in people, partnerships and community impact, while helping young leaders turn their passion for sport into meaningful opportunities for others.

Holding an MBA and a Master of Social Sciences, she brings a unique blend of strategic business insight and people-centred leadership. As Senior Marketing & Communications Manager at Save the Children Hong Kong, she leads integrated communications and brand initiatives that advance children's rights and social impact.
